Summer Catchup

So I haven't written a blog post in what feels like forever! This summer has gone so quickly and I feel  like I have done so much. 

As soon as I finished university I started a two week internship with Monsoon and Accessorize. I worked in the licensing department which involved me working on the Accessorize makeup range. I loved working their and it was such an experience to work in London. After my work experience I jetted off to Ibiza with my boyfriend which was amazing! It was so nice to have a break from all the uni work and finally get some sun.

After Ibiza I then went to Global Gathering. I'm not a fan of festivals or camping but I have to say this was one of the best weekends! I had so much fun, it rained the second day but at least it meant I got to wear my Hunter wellies which everyone had moaned at me for splurging on the week before. 

After global I moved back to university for three weeks to work there which was fun. I then went to visit my boyfriend for a week for his 21st birthday where we went out for dinner and he had a massive house party. 

After that I then began my second work experience at The Vintage Cosmetic Company  I learnt so much and really enjoyed working there. I learnt a lot about their products, so look out for some reviews.

 I am now back in Southampton ready to start my third and final year of university  I am a little scared about the amount of work I am going to have to do and I can tell it is going to be stressful. But I will try and keep up as much as possible with blogging.

URBAN CITY GIRL...

This photo shoot was inspired by the theme urban and the city. I styled my model in a girly dress but made it edgy by adding some boots. I hope you liked this kind of post. Please comment and let me know what you think.

Dressing Room Table...

My bedroom when I am home from university is small so it is more of a dressing room for me with a bed to sleep in. I thought I would do a post on showing how I organise my beauty bits.

My dressing table is my favourite part of my room. I keep all of my most used items on the top which I am always changing. I recently did a post of my favourite beauty items which you can see here.

I got this jewellery holder from a little shop where I live. I think it looks really pretty and I keep all of my most worn jewellery items on display here. I also keep the three beauty products I use daily.

 

 I use this case that my Chanel perfumes came in to store my makeup brushes because I thought it was the perfect size and I love that it is clear.

 I hang all of necklaces on the back of my door, I think that they add a bit of decoration to my room.

A little Catchup...

It has been quite a while since I last posted, the last few weeks have been crazy! I went to Egypt for a week with my boyfriend which was lovely and have also moved into my flat at university ready for my second year. I have a few weeks before my course starts so will definitely be posting more frequently.
